Sarah Nash from the me spot™ offered a modified module on her online foundation programme: Authentically You, at the Heretaunga Women’s Centre. Seven women benefited from the 3-week personal growth course, which focused on identifying their true strengths and discovering how to incorporate them into their lives daily.

With her expertise as a certified health coach, and well-researched online resources and tools, Sarah guided participants through a structured, self-reflective process. She encouraged them to use the knowledge they gained to cultivate positive mindsets and healthy relationships.

Her professional, empathetic nature created a safe space to address fears and insecurities, empowering participants to embrace their true strengths to unlock their potential and find fulfilment in every aspect of their lives. We are deeply grateful for the time, Sarah invested as a volunteer at the Heretaunga Women’s Centre and the positive impact she made in our community.
